Refund policy

Return of Incorrect or damaged/faulty item

Allura Labs offers 30 days return policy for incorrect and damaged/faulty items. Within 30 days since your purchase, Allura Labs will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in a good condition that are unused and in their original packaging. Please do not use the product, tamper with the product/packaging or dispose of the product. We regret to inform you that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns. Thus, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.

How to return:

  1. Contact us at Allura Labs You can select to exchange, or have a Refund Voucher/Credit that you can use right away, or a refund to your original payment method.
  2. Get a refund confirmation from customer care team.
  3. Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging
  4. If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label, otherwise, please use another shipping box.
  5. Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team.

For defective items exceeding the return policy period, related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy card in the packaging.

If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please email alluralabsandco@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• A description of the incorrect item or the damage/fault.
• A photo or video of the incorrect item or the damage/fault.

Several types of goods are not returnable, including gift cards, hair care items, some accessories, free items, any item marked as final sale.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 72 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Change of Mind

If you changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected to be, we can facilitate an exchange if we receive it back to us unopened, unused, and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please email alluralabsandco@gmail.com, our team will need to approve the exchange before you return an item to us. the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products. Also the cost of shipping (if it is in the order payment) will be deducted from your refund in the cases of Change of Mind return. Depending on where you live, the time taking for your exchanged items to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over $99, a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance should be considered.

 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to accommodate only if the order has not been dispatched by the time the cancellation request has been processed. If payment has already been made, we will gladly refund the amount charged by the method in which it was originally paid.

 

Stolen Product

We use a signature-required service for all orders we dispatch. Allura Labs takes no responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
